The body of this bird is an intense white color. The body and wing will have from 1 to a maximum of 7 random blue/gray feather somewhere on the body. The beak should be dark or mottled and the eye color dark. There is no neck ring. No undertail bar is visible. The name "Frosty Ice" is redundant; many refer to this combination color just as ICE.
